Cara Masullo, Terrell Quillin

CARA MASULLO
Boston College, B.A., Psychology; Southern Connecticut State University, M.A., Romance Languages, Foreign Language Teaching Certification (candidate)

While at Boston College, Cara studied Psychology and spent a semester studying Italian language in Parma, Italy. She returned to Italy the following summer to teach English to Italian children at summer camps across northern Italy. She has since continued working in the education field, substitute teaching grades K–12 and pre-school, and earning her yoga teacher certification. Cara is now a graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University, mastering her Italian and Spanish and working towards a teaching certification in both languages. She is an Italian Instructor at SCSU and a yoga teacher at various locations. Cara is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish. She has been an instructor on our Pre-College London and Pre-College Florence programs.

TERRELL W. QUILLIN
University of North Texas, B.A. Radio, Television, & Film Production (minor in French)

While studying Radio, Television, & Film production at the University of North Texas, Terrell spent 12 months studying French history, literature, and film studies at the Université de Stendhal 3 in Grenoble, France. During his time in Grenoble, Terrell traveled to Paris, Nice, Strasbourg,  Aix-en-Provence, and London. Besides studying at the Université de Stendhal, Terrell participated in a Colombian dance group, allowing him to perform and travel in Italy. Terrell’s second year living in France, he traveled to Beirut, Lebanon, to complete a research project about online gaming and smartphones. Terrell has spent time hiking the Alps in Switzerland, visiting the Anne Frank museum in Holland, and tasting authentic Italian cuisine. Terrell now works at YES Prep Public School teaching French to 8th–11th grade students. Terrell is fluent in French.
